This structure, located on the main street in the St. Michaels’ Historic District, was originally a home. At some point in the early 1970’s while being used as an office building the façade was modified by enclosing the second floor porch and adding a mansard roof above the first floor story windows. In 2002 the owner desired to restore the façade to its original state while modifying the building in a successful adaptive reuse as a retail/business property.
