The 1927 dairy building was originally serviced by the train that traveled through Easton on its way to Philadelphia on what is now the “Rails to Trails Bike and Hike Path”. This building was boarded up and left to ruin. In 2001 it was purchased by a couple and renovated to house her salon business and create come leasable office space. The original building was comprised of two large volumes. One volume was tall enough to create a two story office space. The window openings in the original façade were replaced with a combination of glass and double hung windows. New life was given to the façade by resurfacing the stucco and re-pointing the brick.
