The Old Armory building is headquarters to Waterfowl Festival Inc. a non-profit organization. It is located on a prime corner adjacent to the Academy of Arts in downtown Easton. Since it is a classic example of this building style, the Maryland Historical Trust holds easement on the exterior of the building and certain prime interior spaces. This facility is operated by several volunteers and is home to at least one exhibit during the annual festival. A new elevator and associated entrance were added to the South side of the building. New exit stairs, ADA compliant restrooms and a new kitchen were also added.
