Christine M. Dayton is a registered architect licensed in Maryland and the District of Columbia and is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture. Prior to establishing her own firm in 1994, Christine M. Dayton worked for a builder/developer in Texas and award-winning architectural design firms in Annapolis, MD. Her experience included high-end, custom waterfront homes, as well as additions and renovations and a variety of commercial and historical projects. She has been published in such fine magazines as Kitchens, Fine Home Building, Chesapeake Life, and Home and Design.
Now principal of her own architectural firm, Christine M. Dayton is surrounded by a design team consisting of an intern architect, CAD technicians and an office manager.
The firm has completed many successful projects, including waterfront homes, commercial and residential additions and renovations, as well as historical restorations. Christine M. Dayton lends to her ability to organize in a clear and concise manner the functional needs of design committees and the community. Her space planning capabilities have led to consulting for other businesses on the efficient use of space, furniture, and funds.
Mrs. Dayton does not limit herself to any certain style or size; she prefers to design projects that clearly meet each individual client's desires and needs. She considers her specialty to be over 20 years of experience designing waterfront homes within the Chesapeake Bay Critical Area.
