This existing 1970’s rancher waterfront home was renovated to provide a new 1 1/2 story cottage style exterior. This home sits prominently on a bluff of the Severn River. The owners wanted to give new life to the worn out look and original low horizontal lines of this rancher. Providing a welcoming entrance from both the street and the water was one of the program requirements. The owners were happy with the original floor plan with the exception of introducing a new stair to the entry hall. Most improvements to the original home were interior finish improvements.
