This 100 year old farmhouse sits on a beautiful lot. One of the prominent features is the large Oak tree located in front of the home. The original T-shaped plan housed a renovated great room and screened porch in one section and a kitchen, seating area and back staircase on the other portion. The owners desired to renovate their kitchen and seating area and add a first floor Master Bedroom Suite. It was important that this addition keep in scale and proportion with the original house and take advantage of the light and woodland views.
