We worked closely with the owner of this residence to combine all of their favorite spaces from an existing home into a smaller version. The first floor plan offers a large entertaining space between the open kitchen and adjoining great room. A small den on the first floor doubles as a second guest space. The Master Bedroom Suite, located on the second floor, commands a water view of the harbor. A large walk-in closet accommodates their storage needs. The front and rear screen porches capture the summer breezes. The height restrictions placed an added challenge on the exterior design of the home.
