Due to the subdivision of this property by previous owners, this original classic Eastern Shore colonial estate lost its carriage house. The new owners wanted to provide a separate caretakers house and barn. The new caretaker’s house provides ample living space for a family of five. The attached barn is a perfect place to store boats and cars yet has enough space for a workshop and miscellaneous storage.
