It’s a rare opportunity to find an undeveloped lot in the old vacation community of Round Bay in Severna Park. This narrow restrictive site is located on one of the highest points within this community. This home provides glimpses of the water above and through the tree tops. It was the clients desire to build a new home that complimented the surrounding community, yet addressed their lifestyle. The most difficult part of the program was to provide a welcoming entrance, yet accommodate a two-car garage. Working together we accomplished a traditional style home on the exterior with open spaces on the interior.
"Christine was our "guardian-angel" throughout the entire project. She helped us with the permit process all the way to the end. In my opinion, she did the impossible. The number of constraints placed on our property was significant as we were building in the Critical Area. However, she managed to design a beautiful home in a well-established community, and our house looks like it was there from the beginning. I give her my highest recommendation." - Amy and Rusty
