This is a new retirement residence located on Town Creek in Oxford. The Owners started with a plan selected from a plan book and we revised it to fit on this site and meet their needs. The first floor plan was reconfigured to interact with an attached garage, accommodate a new entrance and a new kitchen and pantry location. The tower piece provides wonderful views of Town Creek.
