Process
Holly Edgcomb has been designing and creating architectural documents for over 21 years. With a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hanover College, she later acquired an interest in drafting and pursued the architectural program at Chesapeake College. She was previously employed with Willow Construction for 13 years and has been a valuable member of our firm for over 10 years.

Holly Edgcomb
Bonnie Bassford is an Eastern shore native who has been with our firm since 2002. She brings a diverse background of knowledge in business operations and customer relations. She oversees and produces our marketing information including the website material and various portfolios. She is a key player in our communication process during the course of the projects.

Bonnie’s experience and excellent organizational skills contribute to the day-to-day operations and allows the designers to focus on the projects at hand. She is also instrumental in facilitating the project architect during the construction administration phase of the project.

Bonnie Bassford
Dominic Cappella is an intern architect with over 16 years of experience. A graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Bachelor of Architecture, he has also studied stone carving in Italy. Dominic has worked for an award-winning Annapolis firm for over nine years. He has designed a variety of projects in over eight states and two countries, including historic preservation, restoration and stabilization, custom single and multi-family residential, industrial, institutional, ecclesiastical, commercial, and master planning. He has been affiliated with projects that have been published and featured on HGTV.

Dominic Cappella
Joshua Stratt graduated from North Carolina State University in 2006 with a Bachelors of Environmental Design in Architecture. Previously he studied classical art for two years at McDaniel College. While in art school Josh focused on drawing, oil painting and sculpture. During his studies of architecture he developed an interest in city planning, urban redevelopment and landscape architecture. Josh is currently developing more intricate architectural skills as he participates in the NCARB Intern Development Program.
